Return and Shipment Policy


  • All in stock items are processed and shipped within 24 – 48 hours from the date of purchase.
  • Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please choose the product carefully.


  • Shipping Time Frame for DropShip products:

    • The shipping time for dropship products will vary from 5 – 20 business days.

    • The items that will be shipped from Australia within Australia will reach within 7 – 10 business days at your door step.

    • The items that will be shipped from outside of Australia will reach in 13 – 20 business Days at your door step.

  • Cancellation Policy for DropShip Products

    • Once the order has been placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel the order.
    • Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. Please choose the product carefully.
    • If the product is shipped by the supplier and for some reason it doesn’t arrives or it is lost in transit, the customer order will be refunded in full.


  • AromaShop doesn’t provide refunds over change of mind. Please choose your products carefully. This includes the products that were purchased, but you didn’t like it due to any reason.
  • AromaShop doesn’t provide refunds if your Credit Card was stolen or misused by someone else without your consent.
  • In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (A.C.L), we do accept the returns of on sale items and normal returns under the following terms and conditions.
    • The item must be in original condition
    • The item must not be used or tampered with
    • Packaging must be original (in which the item is supplied)
    • If the item is faulty/broken.
    • The item should have all accessories (original) that were supplied with it.
  • We don’t honour the return requests, if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • We do accept returns if claimed within 14 days from the day of purchase. The day of purchase starts when the goods are shipped to you.
  • In order to process the refund, we require a proof of purchase. The proof of purchase can be any of the following:
    • A credit card statement that itemises the goods
    • A confirmation or receipt number from a phone or internet transaction
    • A valid invoice issued by AromaShop
  • The product(s) should be returned within 10 business days of your request to return the items under this policy.
  • After the products are received, AromaShop will issue a store credit or refund the amount.
  • Once the process is complete, you will be notified via e-mail that your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original purchase. If you have bought an item using a MasterCard, the refund will be processed for the same card.
  • If you haven’t received your parcel, Please contact us within 15 days of not receiving your parcel. We will not honor any requests for refunds after the above mentioned time frame has passed. 


  • All the Return Policies as mentioned above apply to DropShip Products Return policy as well.


  1. When Requesting for Warranty for your product from Aroma Shop, you will need to submit a proof of purchase. This can be an invoice, or an order confirmation emailed to you when you made the purchase. The customer should make every effort to return all the accessories supplied with the product i.e. the physical product, chargers, remote controls, separable base (for Ceramic Aroma Diffuser), or anything that was supplied with the product. (Excluding Essential Oils).
  2. Aroma Shop Reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part instead of repairing it. If a replacement is required, Aroma Shop will replace the faulty product with the same product or in its discretion can offer another product of the same value from its product ranges.
  • If the products are faulty or damaged upon delivery, Aroma Shop will need sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged product to process it under the warranty. The customer is required to contact Aroma Shop support before the product is replaced in accordance to these terms.
  1. In the event of product being replaced, the faulty product automatically becomes the property of Aroma Shop and the faulty products are to be sent back to Aroma Shop before a replacement product is issued.
  2. Aroma Shop will not accept Warranty if:
  • The customer fails to provide proof of Purchase.
  • The product has been modified or damaged by the customer.
  • The product was not used by the customer as directed in the user manual.
  • The damage is caused to the product by use with any other product (E.G. using wrong charger)
  • The damage was caused by accident, misuse, fire, or any other external cause.

Our Returns Policy includes, and does not seek to exclude or limit, the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The warranties and product support that we offer and provide pursuant to our Terms and Conditions are in addition to the consumer warranties and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
